How to Schedule Your Moodle ^™ Upgrade

To ensure a smooth and timely upgrade of your Moodle ™  platform, please follow these steps to schedule your upgrade slot:

1️⃣ Select a Date & Time

• Choose a suitable date and time between 13:30 and 18:00 (weekdays).
• Keep in mind that upgrades take approximately 2.5 hours.
• Important: Upgrades scheduled after 18:00, on weekends, or public holidays will incur an additional charge.

2️⃣ Enter Your Details

• Provide your name, email address, and Moodle site URL for verification.
• If you have any specific requirements or concerns, include them in the comments section.

3️⃣ Confirm Your Booking

• After selecting your preferred slot, confirm your booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled upgrade.

4️⃣ Pre-Upgrade Preparation

• Ensure that all users are informed of the scheduled maintenance to minimise disruptions.
