To ensure a smooth and timely upgrade of your Moodle ™  platform, please follow these steps to schedule your upgrade slot:

1️⃣ Select a Date & Time

Choose a suitable date and time between 13:30 and 18:00 (weekdays).
Keep in mind that upgrades take approximately 2.5 hours.
Important: Upgrades scheduled after 18:00, on weekends, or public holidays will incur an additional charge.

2️⃣ Enter Your Details

Provide your name, email address, and Moodle site URL for verification.
If you have any specific requirements or concerns, include them in the comments section.

3️⃣ Confirm Your Booking

After selecting your preferred slot, confirm your booking.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled upgrade.

4️⃣ Pre-Upgrade Preparation

Ensure that all users are informed of the scheduled maintenance to minimise disruptions.
